I am from The South.

The place where tea is sweet and the accents are sweeter. The place where everything is "ma'am or sir" and G-Maw's homemade blueberry pie is a staple. If there is one thing that I learned growing up, it was Southern hospitality.

 

Though the South will always be where I consider "home", most of my childhood was actually spent living overseas as a military dependent. At a young age, I was blessed with endless opportunities to travel, learn new customs, and meet people from all kinds of different nationalities and backgrounds.

 

I love trying new things and I am constantly looking for new ways to challenge myself. I am inspired by the written word, music and life itself. Above all else, I value honesty, hard work, integrity and respect.

 

My goal is to touch the world with kindness--to utilize the gifts God has given me to serve others and give back to the communities in which I am apart of. I want to think outside of the box and find innovative ways to solve problems. I want to inspire change where change is needed. But most of all, I want everyday to make God’s belly laugh, glad that he gave life to someone who loves the gift.
